Organised by the British Contact Lens Association (BCLA), the campaign will be promoting the benefits of contact lenses while ensuring wearers follow vital safety advice to ensure their eyes remain healthy.

- Always wash and dry your hands thoroughly when handling contact lenses
- Don’t take shortcuts with lens cleaning – follow the advice given by your eye care practitioner.
- Have regular check-ups as advised by your eye care practitioner
- Always rub, rinse and store your lenses in the recommended solution before and after each use (except single-use lenses, which should be discarded after each wear)
- Do not share contact lenses or wear any lenses not prescribed by your qualified eye care practitioner
